Banc of California wanted to attract high net-worth clients to their private banking services. We knew it required a luxury aesthetic, but the key insight wasn’t as obvious. In addition to appealing to the high-net worth target, we also needed to appeal to the target-adjacent audience as well. Appealing to those around the target, adds value to Banc of California by increasing the social clout of those to use Private Banking services. In today’s landscape, that is a highly powerful motivator.
